- The next step is to pinpoint the actions you would like to take to improve specific management aspects of your operation. To do this . . .
- Print this Farm Plan.
- Select and then discuss with your veterinarian or other dairy consultant 2 to 4 specific Farm Plan items you would like to implement on your operation.
- Finally, to graduate from this course there is one final step . . .
- Fill out the Registration form at the end of the Farm Plan then have your consultant complete the Certification information. Return the form to become a Certified Quality Producer and receive your graduation premiums.
- Critical Control Point #1 - Practice Healthy Herd Management
- All individuals who work with the herd are expected to adhere to clean, sanitary hygienic practices, such as clean clothing and sanitary covering for feet.
