  3. Review each “Indicator of Quality” carefully. The friendly staff at the Milk & Dairy Beef Quality Assurance Center will assist you understand each “Indicator”

  4. Arrange a Walk-Through appointment with producer. Many do the Walk-Through during herd veterinarian call.

  5. Review key points (Why producers should seek FIVE-STARSM status, What is the cost and who pays for this) and results of Walk-Through with herd veterinarian.
