1. Review scores on the Premium Walk-Through typically presented to you by the milk market professional field staff or nutritionist. Discuss each Indicator of Quality. Once reviewed, you will need to sign the Premium Walk-Through to verify the preliminary results.

2. The Premium Walk-Through will be recorded by field staff. Next, the Milk & Dairy Beef Quality Assurance Center will e-mail or fax the website address to you where you can retrieve the Premium Plus Walk-Through.

3. The Premium and Premium Plus Walk-Throughs serve as a two-step process in verifying milk quality. Following the Premium Walk-Through, the producer has one year to verify the items on the Premium Plus Walk-Through with a veterinarian.

4. The annual registration fee for the FIVE-STAR^SM audit is $25 per dairy and 10¢/cow in the milking string. This will be billed directly to the dairy by the Milk & Dairy Beef Quality Assurance Center. Your consulting fee is arranged between you and the milk producer.
