At the Milk & Dairy Beef Quality Assurance Center we provide programs designed to improve the quality of milk and dairy beef. These programs are implemented at the production site with the veterinarian of the producer's choice. Participation in our programs helps producers achieve a higher level of quality, while simultaneously reducing costs and improving the bottom line.
The Milk & Dairy Beef Quality Assurance Program is designed to produce and distribute "quality" educational material in six major areas. They are:

- Dairy Beef Quality
- Pathogen Management (Animal Health)
